They are so arrogant!
Mixed experience. Interest rates low 0.01-0.04% advertised, causes pandemic Federal Reserve actions and billions in recent years lost lawsuits are primary. Most phone, email, and in branch support very good for deposit accounts and extensive ATM network in most populated city and suburban areas. Though have most of my savings in an online bank elsewhere earning 15+ times interest, Wells Fargo Everyday Checking now only requires minimum $500 with couple other ways to waive monthly fee which opened recently. I was a customer from 2002 until 2006. I found out they opened cards and accounts under my name as part of their scandal. I don’t bank there anymore.
