I went in to do a transaction and I asked the teller to look something up for me. He said you can do that on your mobile app. I said yes but I would like to know this now would you mind looking it up for me. He said it’s really easy to look it up on your mobile app. I am on chemotherapy, it’s obvious that I wasn’t well, bald, etc. Yes I know I can use my mobile app. But I was already there making some deposits, etc. He could’ve looked up what I wanted. I will never go to that branch again.
