Ms. Williams spoke with me regarding my complaint to the Wells Fargo Board of Directors about her employee - Eric Prochnow, the mortgage "specialist" at Wells Fargo in Rochester, Mn. Ms. Williams began her telephone conversation with a professional tone, but quickly changed to a tone that clearly told me she did not believe my version of events with regard to my interaction with Mr. Prochnow.
