They shut down!! Don't go there!!
We looked at refinancing a 12 yr mortgage loan balance down to a 10 year. Didn't think the Wells Fargo brand could live down to the wretched reputation that they've earned over the last few years, we'd been a customer for years, but if this office is an indicator, they will not be around for long. I'm not a demanding customer, but their level of customer service was laughable. Stay away. The home mortgage consultant provided no customer service and the office manager lied more than once. Cost us some extension fees.

Estoy muy decepcionada son muy malos nadie saque nada con estas personas. Nunca falte un pago y vienen y m cobran un interes carisimo de 500 y sin ellos mandame un aviso de que me ivan a cobrar un interes de un tiro de 500 cuando yo ya tuviera un año "ningun aviso" es mejor utilizar una tarjeta de credito y no comprar con ustedes. No se lo recomiendo a ninguna persona si no quieren pasar por lo mismo. No se la recomiendo. Si eres una persona inteligente no usen wells fargo
