This morning 11/21/17 was walking to Lake Under Hill Location. The One next to Public.One of the Men in a Suit came to hold door open for Me.I walk with a four wheel walker.He saw Me walking up,and proceeded to walk out to hold the door for me.I used the MAC machine.But had to go In and Thank this Man.Made Me glad I chose Wells Fargo to Bank with.I'm currently in a Nursing Home/ Rehab Center on Chickasaw Trail.Sorry didn't get this Mans Name.He was a dark hair young man.Thanks very much for making me feel so Welcome. Made an appointment to meet in person concerning our account as the CEO Mr. Sloan said to do. We chose to make an appointment instead of walking in off the cuff. One of the "bankers" called to get info on what we were coming in about and hung up the phone on me. The bank manager called me back and wanted me to reiterate to him the entire conversation of what I had already told the "banker". I informed him that we were at the police/sheriff's department doing a report on the continued fraud made on our account by Wells Fargo ... read more

What a frustrating company to work with. I wish i could give 0 stars. I have been an experienced realtor for many years and nothing can bother me more than working with unresponsive loan officers. Nick Arcese is the worst at calling the realtors back. I have been trying to get answers from him since almost 4 days ago and nothing. Stay away from this loan office. Wellsfargo should be embarrassed to hire such slackers. His name is nick.arcese
it was my first time stepping into their business and i was immediately greeted by a representative. They were quite busy but i did not have to wait very long for someone to help me set up an account with them. I was very pleased with how mannered everyone was. The process was easy and many options were provided for me for my current situation.
What a disappointing experience ! Today I took my 2 grand daughters into the Bank for 2 reasons, 1) to introduce them to Banking and 2) to get the Pony as an incentive to begin saving. My Daughter and Husband are in the middle of moving and did not have access to the girls Social Security Numbers. It is understandable that would be required. However, a good customer service Rep. Would have offered to start the paperwork, given the girls a pony and hold the account until we could provide the necessary information. So, the gir... read more
