Ryan Nazario has twice ruined our hopes of a refi or home equity loan. Buyer beware: he is a pathological liar. How can this person still be employed at WELLS FARGO? Never again will we use WF for a loan. 2 months wasted and we lost our opportunity for a wonderful lot.
I would highly recommend Feli Camp. Once the 45+ page document was ready, I was weary to sign anything, since I did not understand much. She encouraged me to come in, at my convenience, and go over the documents. She printed and went over the entire 45+ pages with me and spent probably close to 2 hours educating me on all of the documents, allowing me to take notes on the pages.
