I don't like banks in general, but wells fargo, by far, is the worst. In my opinion, scammers are more ethical than wells fargo. They tell you something and do the other. I had a line of credit and was promised that I will not pay any extra charges as long as I pay it in full within 12 months. Guess what? Within just 2 months from signing the paperwork and taking the money, they ruined my credit, charged me late fees, ... etc. If you want complaint, good luck with that. bunch of criminals in a suite and tie!!
Customer service is terrible, waited over an hour through drive through.
