Terrible experience, lack of communication and support, 50/50 chance of getting in contact with my loan coordinator. Indifferent to what the customer is experiencing. Failed to provide critical information per home purchase agreement. Lots of apologies from the coordinator and her manager but not a lot of results that weren't proactively sought by me.
