One of the worst, most incompetent companies I've ever had to deal with. Paid off an auto loan but didn't get title clearance to the DMV for almost half a year. Took multiple dozen phone calls to multiple people at WFDS (in San Diego and other states), and I received contradictory information again and again, and no one knew what they were doing. This experience basically destroyed any confidence I had in Wells Fargo. I will never use any Well Fargo related service or product ever again.

First loan was good second loan im not liking at all and no grace period for first payment even after all the interest and money they got for my first loan which got paid off a cpl years early and now im not even late and they keep calling me like a bill collector when im stuck at work which yes i work 12hr days and cant get down to their bank till the weekend which will still be paid in time this is harrassement i will never do future buisness with you all again i never had issues making payments or missing any before but n... read more
