When I came in the teller asked if I needed help and she was exceptional, I had a few issues from a scam and she spent a lot of time with my issue and I am so glad she was there, her name is Iheoma she was kind and professional
Been a Wells Fargo customer for over 30 years and have visited countless branches. This one is the worst. Came in to get some change for a $20 bill and it took an act of congress to do it. Before I could get to the counter I had 3 different people ask me "what brings you in today?" in the span of about 45 seconds. When I finally get past the barrage of all the hosts and to the counter, it took the teller 15 minutes just to get change. They even had me sit in a waiting area on the side. This “business” seems like the set of a sketch comedy. Absurd wait times and extras working at desks who seem to dutifully avoid attending to the ever growing line of customers waiting to be served by the lone teller behind the counter. I would understand if it was an effort to downsize while transitioning to a digital business model, except that I am one of seven people currently waiting in line. This alone should be an indicator that you need more personnel, and that people want to bank face to face.
The branch manager was rude, condescending and disrespectful. Every person that came into the bank today was told they could not be helped.
