This “business” seems like the set of a sketch comedy. Absurd wait times and extras working at desks who seem to dutifully avoid attending to the ever growing line of customers waiting to be served by the lone teller behind the counter. I would understand if it was an effort to downsize while transitioning to a digital business model, except that I am one of seven people currently waiting in line. This alone should be an indicator that you need more personnel, and that people want to bank face to face.
The branch manager was rude, condescending and disrespectful. Every person that came into the bank today was told they could not be helped.
