We just walked in to open an account; there is literally no clients in there. They are busy talking and laughing with each other. We took the initiative and approached them, they said “sorry we don’t have appointment available, do you want to book an appointment for tomorrow?”
This branch has the most amazing customer service! It was my first time there, but I will go to this branch from now on. Such friendly bank tellers, personal banker, and the manger Kraig, was great too. Firstly, while you wait in line, the manager greets you and determines the need to triage the line so you don't wait very long. Nelly the personal banker was so nice and handled my banking mortgage issue. Susan the banker teller is wonderful and so personable. They are such a great team!
I really need to thank Dennis. He helped me with an account when I had difficulty with the online process. He went up and beyond and managed to squeeze me in without an appointment and helped figure out what the issue was with the signup process.

I am really disappointed with this Wells Fargo and definitely understand the low ratings. 1 cashier/teller available who was very kind. I needed 2 business documents. This just happened today about 1 hour ago. She set me up with the business rep Wasab. While I was asking about the documents, he continuously stared at me looking very irritated. He looked at me dumbfounded and was condescending with his facial expressions. It really disturbed me. After he pointed for me to go online to access the documents, which was fine… but... read more
