One of the biggest buildings in Portland worth seeing
Rode to a 20th-floor meeting in Oregon's tallest tower, and the attached five-story block is where the parking garage dumps you out. The plaza on 4th is windy, and the lobby coffee cart had a line of badge-wearers that didn't move.
