Just finished standing in line for 20 minutes for a 5 min transaction. It would of been longer had the lady working the drive through hadn't came down the help. Brand new building and there's only ONE person working the front. This isn't my 1st having this problem. Staff more people!!
Drive thru had a fully equipped ATM unit available for use.
UPDATE: May 2, 2025: April 25, 2025 I ordered another replacement card. Since I didn't get a ship notification, I went back to the branch on 4.28.25 and was told the card shipped on 4.26.25 (7-day eta May 3). However, the ship notification I received the next day stated it shipped on 4.29.25 (7-day eta May 6). So, I went back to the branch today (5.2.25) to see if they could call and check which date is accurate. The cards have no tracking number and could easily be stolen. Apparently, you can’t call to speak with anyone at a Wells Fargo Bank unless you have an account with them. Tried for about 20 minutes to get a live person, so I could ask some questions about their bank, and they just don’t allow that to happen. Guess I’ll find another bank to take my business to.
