Very disappointed in this branch, I’ve been coming here for the last 15 years I live two blocks away and never in my life have had a person talk to me the way she did. Whoever is manager of this place needs to sit down and speak with Vivian she is VERY rude, did not respect my wishes as my financial advisor, her tone with me was very disgusting. I had someone trying to fraud my account and essentially take it over. I appreciate the identity theft measures. The phone bank couldn’t do everything and suggested going to an in person branch. Allie was nice and noticed errors other people tried to ignore. The branch manager was sweet and helpful. It took a while, but it wasn’t their fault. I appreciate how I was treated as a customer.
