One teller. Needed a banker. Place was empty but couldn't be seen by any banker. Shouldn't have to schedule an appointment to see a banker at a bank with no customers present

Vivian has consistently provided exceptional service during my visits. Her professionalism, helpfulness, and courteous demeanor make every interaction pleasant and efficient. I've been a loyal Wells Fargo banker for many years and typically have great service. However, this branch doesn't only lack customer service, but also lacks the ability to problem solve. They refused to deposit a check. When I asked what the issue was and explained that I have made the same deposit before, they still refused, citing that it was not a business account. I drove two miles down the street to another branch and was welcomed warmly and had no issue depositing the same check.

Avoid the Old Black Lady Teller "Gail" she is literally a Jezebel and will tell her friends all your business and breach of your banking information. She was talking to one of her Simps and was not doing any banking business. Angle the Bank supervisor covers for her ( he will come out from the back to help her ! He is overwhelmingly not fit to do his job what a joke !
