I went in to make a deposit and asked for the money to be ran through twice with the money counter and the worker said that once is enough: “once is enough “ and both the worker and the branch manager refused to run the money through the money counter twice. I should of just took my money and left. VERY RUDE. The Branch manager name is Antoinette M Deas Deans Johnson and the worker who had attitude Waziha A. Both beed serious retraining on customer service. THIS IS A CUSTOMER SERVICE ROLE.

One teller. Needed a banker. Place was empty but couldn't be seen by any banker. Shouldn't have to schedule an appointment to see a banker at a bank with no customers present

Vivian has consistently provided exceptional service during my visits. Her professionalism, helpfulness, and courteous demeanor make every interaction pleasant and efficient. She is a true asset to the branch and is the primary reason I continue to do business there. However, I have noticed inconsistencies in the level of service from other staff members. I've been a loyal Wells Fargo banker for many years and typically have great service. However, this branch doesn't only lack customer service, but also lacks the ability to problem solve. They refused to deposit a check. When I asked what the issue was and explained that I have made the same deposit before, they still refused, citing that it was not a business account. I drove two miles down the street to another branch and was welcomed warmly and had no issue depositing the same check.
