I have called several times over the years and have never been able to get anyone to answer the phone. Great bank, horrible notary. Wouldn't let us use notary services for a self-proving will. They claimed they can not legally prove if I was of sound mind. Well guess what? THAT'S NOT YOUR JOB! You only have to witness the signature. Had a lawyer confirm that. Got to be honest, Wells Fargo in general is only great if you do not have to go inside often.
