I’m not one to typically leave any kind of reviews but I opened my first account last week and today I needed to call to fix a charge. Instead of calling the 1-800 number I tried contacting my branch because I like my service and someone physically picked up the phone 3 times and hung up on me without speaking to me or giving me a chance to speak. Finally had to call the 1-800 number to not only get the charge fixed but file a complaint with this branch for hanging up on customers.
I like this bank but they charge you fees on everything even on your own money, customer service is terrible
They blocked my account because of a minor mistake and gave no chances
