I have signed up for ExpressSend and every month for the past 3 months I have not been able to send money to my son overseas until I make a 2 hour round trip to the bank directly. THEN I'm told I have to have an appointment ahead of time. When I complained to the Bank Manager, Jeffery, called me and tried to smoose everything over.
