Very disappointing experience at Wells Fargo Ottumwa I had to wait an hour and a half just to make an international wire transfer—a process that should have taken five minutes. I understand that opening a new account may require an appointment, but making a wire transfer is a completely different type of service and shouldn't involve such an excessive wait. I ended up wasting half a day for a simple transaction. Customer service and wait time management need significant improvement.

I’m not one to typically leave any kind of reviews but I opened my first account last week and today I needed to call to fix a charge. Instead of calling the 1-800 number I tried contacting my branch because I like my service and someone physically picked up the phone 3 times and hung up on me without speaking to me or giving me a chance to speak. Finally had to call the 1-800 number to not only get the charge fixed but file a complaint with this branch for hanging up on customers.
