Last week I made an appointment for 4:30 p.m. for a procedure. That same day, around 1:30 p.m., a bank employee called me to tell me that they couldn’t assist me at that time because the bank closed at 5, and what I needed to do would take much longer than 30 minutes. So, they canceled my appointment. I scheduled another appointment at a different bank, and what I needed only took 10 minutes. Conclusion: terrible service.
Horrible service
The banking specialist Lauremt assisted me in opening a new checking account. Very friendly and courteous. He also made sure to explain each type of account Wells Fargo has to understand clearly and this is how I decided to open the best type of account for me personally. Definitely an asset to the branch imo. Thanks again Lauremt!
