I also met with Vivian who treated me in a stellar way; professionally handled a follow-up question. Overall a great first impression and experience.
Everyone who works here, from the tellers to the bankers, are incredibly helpful, kind and professional. You don't often see customer service that is this good.
I received a postcard in the mail from Wells Fargo with a promotional offer to open a new business bank account. I scheduled an appointment online and was assigned to Nirva. When I spoke to her, she said she has never opened a bank account for a company that is registered as a foreign LLC in the State of CT. I asked her to transfer me to someone else that has opened up these types of accounts, she put me on a long hold and she never emailed me a list of documents I need to bring to the appointment. .
