I walked into the branch today and asked to exchange some currency. It was a tricky situation and it wasn’t the Banks policy to make the exchange. The teller went to the bank Manager, explained the situation and I got the exchange. This all happened While the bank was closing. The extra effort really translated to great customer service. Very impressive.

Was there on Saturday morning. Was the first in the line waiting so the branch could open. I was definitely far away from the door and onether coustemer can confirm. The menager angry,upset,bored,rude just came to me in the most disrespectful way and told me to move back bc of the bank policy and bla bla bla. And bc i didn't agree with his way to talk to me yelling (explaining,this is not the tone to use)he even told me to go to another branch. A big noooo. You don't talk like that to the coustomers and absolutely to anyone.... read more
