Unbelievable so lazy and unprofessional tellers and banker They used sandals instead shoes and declined to update my documents It's so funny tellers couldn't speak english she ask me to speak farsi with her And keep talking about personal things with customer
They are not competent enough to verify my phone number for over a month. I can't use my bank account at all. After wasting hours of my time, I had to waste another few opening a bank account somewhere else. Thanks Wells Fargo.
