Angie Karina Ochoa is a very rude and condescending branch manager. I have no idea how she made it to branch manager. Hopefully she is replaced by someone who knows how to effectively communicate with customers. There seems to be no accountability at this branch which is probably why she talks to customers this way. Don’t go here. Beware!
Appointment required for deposit box access. There are never same day appointments available. They seem to have their phone set up to lead to a dead end every time. I have called 20 times over a couple hours and cannot get through to a person.
NEVER answer their phones, then hang up on you. this branch used to be customer friendly.... no longer. 2025: lots new managgers thesurrent one is concerned and helful while in branch.
