I had a very disappointing experience with the business manager at this location, Megan Garcia. I was given incorrect information, including being told that I could only Zelle $1,000—which turned out to be false. What I wasn’t told is that, despite being a direct deposit, my funds would still be held for 24 hours. On top of that, I had to email my paperwork five times before she could locate it. Had appointment with a banker. Everything went well
This branch is shady, recently had an issue with my card being scimmed after taking a withdrawal from the outside atm. Within a few days my account got hit for thousands. I came back to this branch that I got the withdrawal from, to see what to do. They gave me a number to call corporate but we're against me calling the police over this issue. The officer that arrived had the same issue happen a few days ago at this branch using the atm on the outside. Do not go here.
I’m starting to think it’s not a “branch thing” but a “Wells Fargo” thing; two tellers for like 20 people in line. At first it was the Euclid location & I stopped going there FOR THAT REASON. But here we are, same old thing just a different location 🫠
