My husband wanted to deposit cash that was left in his parents' home after their death. These bills dated back to the 1980's and one was from 1974. He went to Bank of America in Walnut Creek, and they wouldn't let him do it because the bills were rejected from their cash counting machine. They told him he would have to mail the cash to the Bureau of Engraving and Printing in Washington DC and have them verify the authencity of the bills. They also said they would not mail it for him. After a long wait in line one finds demeaning and incomplete service. Will not be coming back to this branch.
We were in town for business and needed to make a sizeable withdrawal for a client. Isaac was incredibly helpful and provided the assistance we needed. Whether we're back home or in CA, we know we can rely on Wells Fargo.
I appreciate this branch. For my own experience, they seem well managed. I’m writing this review because of the staff. Two in particular. Ishak and Keani. Ishak’s helped me a number of times. He’s very good. He upholds a professional attitude and is a natural gentleman.
