I had a problem for a whole year where money was being withdrawn from my bank card, but I didn’t know the reason. I've been a member with Wells Fargo since 2002. The treatment I received here was demeaning. I was trying to deposit a check and this middle-aged Latina teller, I think it was Christina Hernandez??, accused me of attempting to deposit a fraudulent check. She got all accusatory, didn't even verify my check, and told me to wait at the end of the teller station for a supervisor. I didn't want to cause a scene, it's a quiet bank so I waited. I stopped by to get a voided check and a bank deposit letter—Kenia was super friendly and helpful throughout. She even organized all my documents neatly in a manila envelope. I ended up making a cash deposit as well. The whole experience was smooth, professional, and made me feel confident about the security of my account. You easily find great parking as well. Definitely a five-star experience!
