It is always a pleasure to enter the 286 King Street branch of Wells Fargo. Rarely is there a queue. I’m always greeted with a big smile, a hello and fist bump from Robert there. He goes far and above what staff do in any type of retail and banking, period. Robert is always patient, informative and friendly and courteous. I’ve used this Wells Fargo branch for about 5 years; mostly in the last year when I was making major transactions where I needed a “real” person. The tellers and the mortgage banker there, have been incredibly helpful, professional and friendly. With the homeless loitering along that block, I’m not comfortable using the ATM, even with onsite security, so I go inside. Dealing with the public is not easy, so I try to be patient and pleasant with them.
