I just went in to withdraw cash from the ATM. I thought the machine had eaten my card, but I had just put it back in my wallet. The staff went above and beyond to be courteous and helpful to get me my card, even calling in the technicians for the machine. (And it was all my fault, I had it the whole time). I can't speak for all of Wells Fargo but the people who work at this branch are great.
The experience was excellent. I would like to express my special gratitude to the business representative Madeline. This is the second time she has handled my business for me. She is highly competent, dedicated, and always ready to help. I am very grateful for her assistance. At the same time, I would also like to thank all the other staff members of this bank. They are all wonderful and very considerate. I love them.

If I could I’d give Wells Fargo zero stars. This is the second time in less than two weeks that I’ve gone to a branch bank to use the ATM and the ATM has not been working. This is absolutely ridiculous. This is horrible customer service. This is totally unacceptable. I’m starting to think that this is deliberate on the part of Wells Fargo. I am wondering if the whole idea is to force us to use non-Wells Fargo ATMs so that they can charge us a fee???
