I made an appointment at this location for my sister, 89 year old mother, and myself to change co-signers on her checking account. We did not receive a call from an advisor (Jesse) prior to our appt. as our email confirmation stated, or we would have known what documents were needed to do this. We were not able to complete our business because of this.
