To be very honest, the attention to opening an account is below the minimum acceptable. I went and the person who attended me was extremely distant from my interest in opening an account. I felt an attitude with a lot of discrimination on the part of the person who attended me. He didn’t even offer me a follow-up appointment to bring the huge list of documents to open an account. It was a disappointing experience. Do it better Wells Fargo
Tiffany helped me today and she was amazing. So pleasant and cheerful and she clearly (and patiently!) answered everything I kept asking her. She honestly went the extra mile to make sure I had what I needed. I didn't get the name of the branch mgr but she was wonderful too, I was so happy I went to this location!
Absolutely best experience in person at this particular location 801 Pennsylvania Avenue with Wells Fargo after various attempts by phone and also with a different location to resolve an issue for a deceased relative’s estate. At this branch I was greeted promptly and professionally by bank staff prepared to assist customers as soon as anyone entered.the location. Today July 2nd 2024. I understand it’s a lunch time, 2 tellers are helping 2 clients and I’m the 3rd client, I just want to deposit a check, the 1st teller finished his transaction goes around the lobby and walked out the client he was helping, and left after that. He didn’t say anything to me, and he saw the other teller helping and client on the wheelchair who is taking more times.I left without help. I waist my time every time I go to that branch. Y’all need to do better .
