EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Mika the bank teller and Irving E. Roman the branch manager are GREAT people!!! I had an 18k check I went to deposit at Wells Fargo in Toluca lake on Riverside Dr, they treated me like a black man who doesn’t deserve to have this type of money ( I am also a black man btw). I’ve never banked with Wells Fargo but this location is fairly close to my home. I decided to stop by to get some info about opening up a savings account. Parking was easy the branch is well maintained and clean. I was greeted and helped by Moses, He answered all my questions and was very helpful and professional. I am very happy with his customer service and it made my decision of banking with Wells Fargo very easy as I am Big on receiving Good service.
Marvelous experience!!! From the minute we walk inside the branch, a young man name Jean, great us and right away and start took the documents that my friend brought, in order to open a business account. Miss Ivania Rivera very quick and promptly opened the account and in no time we was out. This it’s our new favorite branch, and the parking was so easy.
