I had an extremely disappointing experience with Mariana M. Ghaly and Marcos Antonio Gomez. Their customer service and ability to manage expectations were severely lacking. Seeing how they have a 1.5 review. I can believe it! I try my best to avoid this location! I think everybody there is miserable. They purposely make you wait with their "acting like they are busy" tactics. I walked in today. I explain I just needed to fax paper work to WF and the guy made me wait longer than I needed. He could of taken 2 minutes out while the client was signing papers to fax 1 sheet of paper. Aug. 11, 2024 Shame on you WF for this long a$$ delay in holding my deposit a cashier's check from another financial institution on the August 6, 2024 should not take a week, notice stating the funds wiuld not be available until the 15th. Every day when I look in my account I get sick to the stomach wondering if my funds will ever be available. You shafted me once out of $3,480.00 which you rightfully should have covered under your guidelines. Shame on you you financial bully and thief! :0(
Es el peor Walls Fargo, yo soy miembro tengo cuentas de banco y fui a cambiar un cheque y me dijeron que NO y no me dieron explicación, estando totalmente legal en mis derechos, todas las personas de ese banco deben darle charlas de cómo tratar las personas, cuando el dueño de la cuenta llamo dijeron que a él si le podían dar el dinero, pero a mí no. Es increíble tuve que ir a otro, no volvería jamás! ESPERO QUE NO LE PASE A OTRA PERSONA
