Steven is the goat! Banking prodigy! The bank was super busy and no open appointments so Steven put his work aside and put the customer first, respected our time and got us what we needed so fast there isn’t enough stars for the review…. 10! 20!
I just started banking with Wells Fargo more specifically the Huffman location back in March 2024 and I had always heard the stories about how this bank is no good over all and how they’re customers are always susceptible to being scammed. I even brought this up while opening a business bank account with them and they told me those are false accusations. This place (specifically teller Amelia Tofaeono) treat their customers like criminals. This is the second time I’ve dealt with her specifically and I will NO LONGER come to this branch. Supervisor Daniel Cabrera laughed at my face. Totally unprofessional.
Just stopped by this morning to open a new checking account. I was kindly told that they didn't have time today and that I would need to make an appointment and come back later. I left the bank with a card to make an appointment. I was a little shocked to be honest. I've never been told by a bank that I needed to come back to open a new account.
