Worse bank ever!
Today, I signed in upon arrival and received a text confirming I was #1 in line. I waited 40 minutes in the lobby while the only employee sat at his desk working on his computer. He never acknowledged me—not a greeting, not a word. Then, after 40 minutes, he finally said his next customer would be arriving in 10 minutes and he still wouldn’t be able to help me. I’ve had enough. Wells Fargo clearly doesn’t value my time, my loyalty, or basic customer service. I will be closing my account.

I went into the branch on Saturday at 10:25 AM. There was no hi, hello welcome to wells fargo.I waited 40 minutes in the lobby until somone finally acknowledged me. The manager PATRICK refused to help me . Told me he can't help me since he's with another customer and it's going to take up his whole hour and they close at 12pm.
