Charged me huge transfer fees without telling me, only found out after the transfer was done. Resisted any kind of adjustment. Very dishonest.
Never answer phones!
I went in for change and had Sandra as my teller and she was fantastic. This bank branch is very fortunate to have her there. I will return to this bank in the future to do business.
