All good with the bank staff, they are polite and I have a good experience until I have to use the car exit on Connecticut ave. There is a new tree in the right side, and it blocks the view of the upcoming traffic. It can cause an accident.
You guys are currently hosting a mosquito breeding center in front of your ATM, never had a dodge a mosquito to clan while trying to deposit cash before. Not fun!
We’ve made the mistake of having several accounts at WF for far too long. My guess is that we visit the branch about 1 to 2 times per year since 2015 and one thing can be guaranteed: sloppy “service”. Yesterday, I went in to the branch, as I had a confirmed appointment, which was made over a month ago. The appointment was necessary to review options for a CD that was maturing. So far downsized that they cannot really help people. Came in to open an account ... there are 5 people working the front, but there is only one person that can help you and they are busy .... so be prepared to wait and wait and wait. And ... if you are handicapped ... forget about it. This building really has no access ... it will take a long time just to negotiate getting into the building
