Been to this bank several times and the service is awful! Sat for over 30 minutes to wire money. I worked in banking sector for over 15 years in Customer Sevice. If I can give a negative 4 stars I would. You have 2 banking officers sitting at there desks doing nothing😵

Please avoid this branch. They are a terrible representation of Wells Fargo. Asked the branch if I could withdraw money from Bank of America, to send a wire at Wells Fargo, as Bank of America still had not sent the wire in 2 hours. They said yes. Withdrew thousands of dollars from Bank Of America, came to Wells Fargo and they told me I’d have to make an appointment and would be unable to help me today. 15 minutes after saying they could. Complete bait and switch. Worse than a terrible used car salesmen.
Terrible service no one seems to be in charge or know what’s going on.
