Came in to resolve fraudulent purchase attempts, process a refund claim, and open a savings. I felt like this was asking a lot out of a 1hr window, but Jeffrey did an amazing job. He was kind, cleared up everything I came to this branch to do, and gave great banking advice - especially helpful as someone soon to turn 18 & consider credit cards. If I ever need to come to Wells Fargo again, I will be looking forward to seeing Jeffrey
Went in to cash a Wells Fago check as a non customer was treated like I didn’t matter, bank teller vibes are stale and felt like I was annoying them…wouldn’t recommend banking at this bank at all.
