Went to the riverview Branch and I don’t regret it. I made an appointment and went right on time to open an acct. Mr Jeffrey was super awesome , friendly and patient during the entire process. If you want to make an appointment where you get nothing done and you want to waste your time you must book an appointment with Mary. Heaven forbid you ask a question and do not have prior knowledge of how long it takes to set up an account. Most condescending, snooty, and obtuse banker my husband and I have ever worked with.
Great staff, even Tia the branch manager sometimes walks through the line for extra attention and personal touch.
Naomi presented herself with professionalism a great personality kind and customer service was excellent. I had a issue at another branch. Ms. Tia did a follow-up call with me.
