This location is the worst place there are only two people at the window it takes forever to do a transaction not happy with their services 😒
Very bad service. Bad customer service. Manager couldn’t even come out from the back to help me. Worse branch I been to.
I attempted to open a bank account for my son and was informed that service is by appointment only, so I scheduled one. Before leaving, I asked the banker to verify whether the documentation I had was sufficient, and he confirmed it was. However, on the day of the appointment, we were told additional documents were needed, and we couldn’t proceed. It was a complete waste of time—not to mention the unhelpful attitude of the banker.
**The Worst Branch and a Costly Mistake** This was the worst branch experience I’ve ever had. Wells Fargo canceled my wire transfer at the branch without any notice, even though the full funds were available in my account. I was given a receipt showing the transfer was completed, but the next day I found out it had been canceled — which cost me the chance to buy the home of my dreams. This location have very bad service I waited 50 minutes in line to make a deposit, when it was my turn the teller asked for my ID then she told me that my id didn't match her records I said that I have my account with wells fargo for 17 years and never had a problem Then I asked if there was a manager ,said that there wasn't a manager That if I need to talk to someone it will be to a banker and I need it to wait more time. It was really frustrating
