I drove over 45 minutes to this branch expecting teller service, only to find there were no tellers available. I waited in the lobby for about 20 minutes with no assistance or communication from staff. When I finally tried to use the ATM, I had to wait nearly 15 minutes for ID approval, and to top it off, the machine was out of paper and couldn’t provide a receipt. Not exactly sure why this location even exists. Never heard of a bank that is unable to process cash transactions, until now…
I recently moved from Washington State and was looking to open up an account with Wells Fargo Bank. However, with all the horrible reviews one after another I have changed my mind. I had planned on a money market check-in account and a CD for over $100,000. However, that's not going to happen. Wells Fargo you better get your act together!
The representative did not help me just because I do not have appointment. He directed me to call customer service which I have already done.
