Nobody answers the phones! I have a simple question and I've been calling consecutively for the last HOUR! No one ever picked up

Created a joint account a few weeks ago and was told our cards would be in the mail in a few business days . Now the 27th. And no cards, and I tried calling yet nobody answers the phone. This is why I dont like big banks. Smh
