Using the WF app we made an appointment with Dwayne Bell for notary services. We arrived early and Mr. Bell came to greet us and finished our business before the appointment was scheduled to start. THAT is excellent service. Thank you, Mr. Bell!

I have been a Wells Fargo customer for over 25 years. While I always had a great experience, things became difficult after the pandemic hit. At one point, we were actually planning to leave the bank and had already started shifting our accounts elsewhere. However, 2.5 years ago, we moved to the Logan Square area and I visited this branch at **1700 Market Street**. There are 2 ATMS at this location that are separated from the actual bank and neither of them are available outside of the Wells Fargo business hours. At least one of these ATMs should have 24 hour access by swiping a Wells Fargo debit card to gain access, which is what most banks do in the city. This is especially frustrating when Wells Fargo charges $3 every time you use a non-WF ATM.

oh my god this music. woman at desk is snide, rude, challenged her own banks policies even when i repeatedly had to restate them (yes, they make you come in in person. yes, your employer is requiring me to come in person.) awful.
