At least one of these ATMs should have 24 hour access by swiping a Wells Fargo debit card to gain access, which is what most banks do in the city. This is especially frustrating when Wells Fargo charges $3 every time you use a non-WF ATM.
oh my god this music. woman at desk is snide, rude, challenged her own banks policies even when i repeatedly had to restate them (yes, they make you come in in person. yes, your employer is requiring me to come in person.) awful.
We had exceptional customer service from our banker Dwayne Bell who tended to all our banking needs! He was very thorough and explained all our options. We felt at home with his mannerism.
