For some reason, this branch has several employees at desks and only ever has one teller working (with a big line every time).The service at this branch is so terrible that it has given me the motivation I needed to close my account with this bank after 10+ years.
Stephanie showed amazing customer service and listened to my needs and concerns and was able to go above and beyond to meet and exceed my needs. I am truly thankful for her ease and patience with my requests especially with the holidays around. I hope that she gets the much needed respect and appreciation for her hard work in this location.
