Everybody is super helpful and professional at this branch!
Having already wired some funds via the Wells Fargo app, my wife booked an appointment at this branch to transfer a larger sum (it seems only some branches offer appointments). They called ahead of her appointment and neglected to mention that transfers needed to be submitted by 2 PM to go through that day. Her appointment was at 4. Would have been nice if they'd mentioned that when they called, but not the end of the world, right? I went to deposit check into my son's account but was turned down. I immediately went to another Wells Fargo bank branch(Noriega st) and was able to deposit the money without any issues. The branch manager is no help, and the tellers are no help either. The only person who is helpful is a bank employee named "Chris". I would never go to this branch without Chris.
