ATM is always out of service
ATM is out of service again. Can't make a deposit without driving at least 15 miles.
Atm is no longer in service. No notification to customers. Bank will not return my calls. Made two trips to atm and then went online and Waseca Atm is no longer listed. Very poor customer service.
Loved the staff here. They were the reason I stayed with Wells Fargo. WF used the pandemic as an excuse to close the small branch. I understand we are a small town, and customers don't matter as much as shareholders and execs. First National seems to have excellent people as well, and it has been recommended by family. I believe that is where I'll be transferring in the near future.
