I’ve been with Wells Fargo 10 years too long. I get charged fees that I shouldn’t be getting charged, there’s now no offices available in which you have to make an appointment to even get things straightened out, AND I just tried going to the 1 and only ATM in this city and it is broken because some crazy person hit it and broke the screen. I will be closing both my personal and business account this week. Sincerely, one fed up customer
Now can't get help with banking needs without an appointment? That's why I was banking here. So I could get help, one on one with my busy schedule. Previous managers alot better. Time to change banks
Their ATM won't let you pull money off it. So not only does Wells Fargo constantly play games with your available balance and fees but they can't even offer there normal services if you like getting bent over with no vasoline this is the bank for you
