Very rude and discriminatory staff. Especially the teller “Margarita Rosello”
This bank has become such an inconvenience since COVID happened. They’re never available to help, appointments are always days away. If you ever have a banking emergency, WF isn’t the bank for you. The worst!

Terrible service. Completely incompetent people. I go here because location is convenient but regret it every time when they waste my time and mess things up so that I have to spend more time fixing their mistakes.
I had a great service in this location. I needed to close my checking account and spent only 10 minutes to do it. Personnel is very professional.
