Great experience! Went in to discuss a new account but didn't have an appointment. The gal acknowledged that she had an appointment coming in but would be happy to work with me to set up an account while she waited for the person to get there. She was very informative, pleasant and helpful. She never made me feel rushed or unimportant. Great customer service!!
Donovan and Phillip were very helpful in dealing with a complicated power of attorney issue for my stepfather's account. I was rather grumpy after dealing with with another Wells Fargo branch but they were kind, pleasant, and made sure to address the account concerns. Thanks
I went to the bank to deposit money and the tellers would not allow me to deposit cash. I was told that they have to be careful about money laundering. Here's an idea, how about getting a money tester pen like every store has, to check the currency? Since when does a bank not accept cash? An overall absurd experience.
