I had a complicated situation involving many accounts. I walked in without an appointment and met with Nate Anderson. He was awesome! He was kind. He was smart. He was very professional. He was able to figure out the problem, create a solution, and get everything corrected and sent to the accountant. It was a great experience! I am so grateful for Nate Anderson at Wells Fargo!
Scheduled an appointment to do a simple name change on my account. When I got there they told me my appointment was not in the system even though I had received a card with the appointment date and time. I was told it was a super simple procedure to change my name while waiting and that it wouldn't be too long of a wait.Waited for over an hour to be helped.
Waited in line for a ridiculous amount of time only to be told you can't make deposits to another account with cash. I've never banked here, but this just confirms I never will. Hire more people so you can turn them away faster. What a waste of time
