Love this place for quick help and professional workers
I bank here, the people there are heartless, they treat u like ur a monkey on the loose from the zoo. Very impersonal, years back when Laura worked there, Customer service was 5star. Now we are all just numbers in there face they want gone from there presence as soon as possible. Thats how I feel when I go inside the branch. I will continue using the ATM banking to avoid these people.
Great business
If I can give them zero stars I would I took in a $31 check and it was a Wells Fargo check but I don't have an account she had me sign it she stamped it only to tell me oh it's a $10 charge for you to cash this because you're not a customer. I never in my life have heard such a thing I thought the lady was messing with me. Now I can't cash check anywhere else because I'm sorry I've been signed and stamped without waiting for it to clear I just needed some gas money people.
