Too bad there is not an option for zero stars. That is what this location is, A ZERO. Long wait lines, rude employees, you name it, they have all the bad traits you don't want in a bank.
Have you ever felt like you had rather put your pecker in a meat grinder then go somewhere you don't want to? This is how this location makes me feel, I've been to every branch around this area and this is by far the slowest/worst one, I even quit coming here for several months gave it another try still same ol bs. The wait time at this location is getting ridiculous, 5 people in line, it took 40mins to get through that, only 1 teller, and that teller will chit chat with customer for 5 mins b4 and after their transactions with everyone in line hearing time getting wasted in their day over talking bout whether their tomatoes are growing or not. Can't get anything done on the inside of this branch. TERRIBLE
This branch used to be so great but now I dread going. The line is always long and the employees don't seem to be in any hurry to help the customers. The drive-thru is always closed and inside you you wait approx 30 mins-1 hr to do a simple transaction with 1 of 2 tellers in the branch. No one greets the customers. The staff seems overworked, and just uninterested.
