During this vivid-19 I’m trying to make a payment on my phone app. Like always. And they have rigged it so you have to call in and wait for 2 hours on hold just to make a payment. You can NOT do it on the app. THEY SUCK. IM SO GLAD IM ALMOST DONE WITH MY LOAN. THEY ARE THE WORST BANK EVER!!!
PEOPLE ARE VERY RUDE TO DEAF PEOPLE! THEY REFUSED TO HELP THEM WHEN THEY HAVE NO IDEA TO START FROM THERE! THEY DONT KNOW HOW TO RESPECT DEAF PEOPLE BECAUSE THEY TALKING TO THE EARS!
Wells Fargo Bank has my money and they refuse to refund it to me...they cashed my auto draft and now they tell me it will take 30 days to research issue....the auto draft went to a closed account over 5 years ago and they cashed the auto draft check...but won’t refund the money....what the hell is going on...DONT BANK WITH WELLS FARGO BANK...
Thieves and soul suckers. I will never do business with WF again. I will do my best to make sure everyone I know never does business with WF again.
