I used to come to this branch for years until I finally ran into the manager (Hilla Nazarian). She is possibly the most rude, uninformed and disrespectful banking person I have ever encountered in my business banking experience. Stay away from this branch unless your requests are trivial and do not need her involvement.
honestly, their customer support is terrible. they don’t know what they’re doing and it takes them forever to figure it out. took me 2 hours to do a simple account such as OPEN AN ACCOUNT. terrible.
