Came in to open an account, they said you needed an appointment and they couldn’t do it. Then tried to cash a cashier’s check issued by Wells Fargo, and they said you had to have an account to cash a cashier’s check, which they said they couldn’t do? Waste of time and pointless trip, they were not helpful at all, didn’t even want to verify the check for me, said to call the number.

Too bad you can’t even use the restroom
This location was so unorganized and the service was horrible. I made appointment at 1pm. Showed up at 12:45 and the banker checked me in. I was waiting until 1:10pm and she came up told me to wait a little more since she was not done with her current client. I was asking How long more? She said at least 15 minutes more….WTH? It was my 1 hour lunch break girl. Total I had to wait more 30 minutes but she was not sure about that, maybe more. This location should have more bankers otherwise shutting down please!
