The best experience I’ve had with a WF banker in the DMV in the past 10+ years. Over the years, when I’ve met with a banker, a majority of them had to call the WF helpline as they were not properly trained and I needed to walk them through based on my past experiences. My experience here was different; much more efficient. If you’re downtown and need a WF banker, this is the best I’ve found…

Worst wellsfargo to go to. Out of my trips here I only have 1 good experience and that was with Brittany Seem like a lot of small talk behind the glass no professionalism at all if you have a another branch to go to go there
I have been to this location at least five times and it has been an absolutely horrible experience every single visit. The employees are rude and frustrated when I ask to make routine deposits for my business. They frequently stop processing my deposits to assist other customers. I have taken every single step they have requested to accommodate them - I increased the frequency of my deposits. I’ve reduced the number of deposits at a time. ALL WELLS FARGO BRANCHES ARE SHORT OF STAFF AND ONLY ONE WINDOW OPEN WHICH MAKES CUSTOMERS LIFE MISERABLE. THEY SHOULD HIRE PEOPLE.
