The maintenance fees that go into banking with Wells Fargo are absolutely insane. Have a question about your account? Forget it. They won’t take the time to understand what you need resolved and the representatives will go as far as to transfer you while you’re speaking in mid sentence so they can get rid of you and make you the next persons problem. I'm a Vietnam Veteran traveling due to a family medical emergency. I received a $15.00 check from the US Government for an over payment. I went to Wells Fargo in Hurst Texas and was advised they would not cash this $15.00 check. My niece was with me who has an account at this bank and they still would not cash it. Thank you Wells Fargo for the terrible treatment of a Vietnam Veteran. You can be sure I will never use or recommend this bank to anyone.
