I've had 2 very negative experiences with two different tellers at this East Brunswick branch. I escalated the last issue online (as the branch manager was not available that day) and today received a call from Wells Fargo that only made matters worse. It doesn't matter to be told what Wells Fargo's policies are when you're dealing with a teller that does not know how to communicate and makes you feel uncomfortable when trying to access your own, hard-earned money. I’ve been there trying to speak with a representative , was only one available, and the manager walking around with the worse attitude doing nothing and ask me to go away and get a branch where I live, because she has to leave, don’t have time for me, this is outrageous, this woman needs to get fired her name Di , not even a complete name ridiculous, I’ve been treated like a filthy dog, and they are working with my money, unbelievable
Their hours are limited, and it takes long lines to get your things done. Furthermore, they need appointments to open accounts with these limited hours. I told my kids not to use Wells Fargo anymore.
Worst bank ever you can’t withdraw money from your own account without the teller and the supervisor asking a whole bunch of questions I would never be going to this bank again they should be closing it down very unprofessional like if the money is theirs PS they never have money. That’s the answer I get all the time.
Really bad customer service, (Scam Alert) keep an eye on your banking account for unauthorized changes.
