Worst bank ever you can’t withdraw money from your own account without the teller and the supervisor asking a whole bunch of questions I would never be going to this bank again they should be closing it down very unprofessional like if the money is theirs PS they never have money. That’s the answer I get all the time.
Really bad customer service, (Scam Alert) keep an eye on your banking account for unauthorized changes.
Worst bank never ever banking with them teller is the worst but manager is even more worse went to the bank they said u cannot withdraw 10k as u have alot if transaction I said ok Next day I went waited one hr still the same it’s my money I cannot get why
I tried to get a document notarized by the manager at this Wells Fargo location. she made me wait for about a half hour then she called me in. She asked me what kind of document needs to notarized and I told her. She said no problem. then she asked me for my deposit account info or card. I said I have a mortgage and a credit card with the bank. she called another branch to see if she can notarize my documents and they told her not too. Unless I open a bank account with.
