Arrived at this branch on Saturday, 9/7/24 at around 11:15 am with my wife, who I wanted to add to my checking account. Teller greeted us and I told her what we needed, and she politely informed us that unfortunately we needed an appointment due to the fact that they only work three hours on this day and to honor appointments that other customers may have made. Excelente Agencia Bancaria, personal muy atentos cordiales y profesionales
Went to this bank to cash a check made to my name. The person in front of me called the man who did it and then proceeded to waste my time for about 30+ minutes when I had other things to attend to. I asked what was taking so long and all I got in response was “it’s a process” and nothing else to explain why that is. I’ve been to other banks to do the exact same thing and they give me the money in a short amount of time. This is the absolute worst bank I have ever been to. Never coming back here again.
